At Banacol, we are committed with transparency, therefore we enable a line 018000-11-11-00, for all the public (employees, suppliers and, customers, among others) who notice an irregular activity that may go against the honor, rectitude and, integrity of the Company, please report it immediately to the line, your call will be received and passed to the designated area, we are committed with the confidentiality and anonymity policy.

This line is operated by an external expert company, to guarantee the objectivity of analysis of the information reported there.

In this line, actions that attempt against the correct performance and the good name of the Company can be reported, such as appropriation and improper use of Company resources, abuse of authority, non-compliance with corporate policies and the law, and fraudulent negotiations, among others.
